Production Crew Member

- Our Production Crew, aka “Pro Crew” is the heart & soul of our manufacturing facility, as they impact all aspects of the production & shipping of our products
- Pro Crew members may perform a variety of roles from machine operators to forklift drivers across all shifts of our operations
- Production Crew Members manage material movement within the production area, facilitate the production & packaging of our products, and prepare our finished products for transport to our customers!
- Additionally, our Production Crew plays an essential role in helping to maintain the highest plant safety standards, product quality, and efficiency of our operations
Customer Success Coordinator

- As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the voice of the DetraPel brand as you interact with our fans daily!
- You will help deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- You have a high degree of creativity, organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
- The Customer Success Coordinator will play an essential role in helping to inspire and educate our customers to lead a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable life!
Technical Sales Manager
Framingham, MA • Full-Time
- As the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing DetraPel’s business with new customers
- You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to help expand our business
- You will meet agreed targets for new business growth from selected customers across target industries
- You will work closely with CEO and Chief Research & Development Officer to develop a go-to-market strategy for each business and product line
- You will provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
- You will manage the day-to-day sales activities and drive sales growth through planning, technical support, outreach, and ongoing account management
- You will establish and develop relationships with new business prospects
- You will grow sales organization and functions
- Additionally, you will build deep relationships to address customer needs
Required Experience & Education:
- 7+ years technical sales experience in the paper or textile industry
- Demonstrable success in building and executing product growth and sales growth plans exceeding quantitative/financial targets
- Technical degree in sciences or engineering; will consider experience in lieu of a degree
