Growth Marketing Manager

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Web Development

  • Daily implementation and upkeep of our three websites detrapel.com, industrial.detrapel.com, and solutions.detrapel.com (coming soon)
  • Utilize website analytics and the latest growth strategies, tools, and plugins to drive D2C business and B2B lead generation
  • Generate D2C and B2B campaigns that successfully drive traffic to our website, convert customers, increase clicks and inbound leads

SEO

  • Create and position consistent content to bring our company to prominence as a thought leader in each of our company verticals
  • Leverage content and keyword optimization across on-page elements to maximize relevance signals to search engines
  • Develop a backlink generation strategy
  • Use analytical tools to optimize performance and improve our websites and Google Search organic ranking

Strategic Marketing

  • Execute multifaceted B2B marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with our sales department to implement account based marketing campaigns and tactics
  • Perform market research for new product launches and new market opportunities
  • Provide market insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development

Digital Advertising

  • Create paid ad campaigns, improve ROAS, decrease CAC, and develop PPC campaigns across social media and other platforms
  • Manage and analyze brands across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon Posts, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Web Stories
  • Implement best practices to continuously A/B test new messaging, creative, segmentation, customer journeys, etc. to increase conversion rates
  • Establish and optimize a system of tracking KPIs
  • Create paid media campaigns
  • Develop email marketing campaigns that promote an omnichannel experience and grow customer audience

Tradeshows

  • Build and manage our tradeshow program, including research, logistics planning, and pre/post tradeshow marketing strategies

Sales Channel Management

  • Responsible for managing and growing sales across multiple platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon.com and Walmart.com
  • Create campaigns to drive sell-through in retail channels

Public Relations

  • Attain paid and organic media attention through news outlets, online publications, and interviews
  • Apply for competitions and accelerator opportunities
