Social Media Coordinator

Framingham, MA   •   Full-Time

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Community channel management, digital strategy, and content updates for both DTC and B2B channels
  • Responsible for creating, editing, scheduling, and reporting for both our Industrial & Consumer social media platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Amazon Posts
  • Manage and monitor customer comments, messages, and reviews across all platforms
  • Develop and manage TikTok influencer campaigns using TikTok Creator Marketplace
  • Be the voice and face of DetraPel – you’ll be one of the prominent faces behind our TikTok
  • In this role, you’ll be essential in helping inspire and educate our customers to lead a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable life!
  • Handle customer comments/questions as needed and drive community engagement
  • Stay current on industry best practices, social media trends, and new tools/technologies, while providing and implementing recommendations on approaches to improve overall engagement
  • Use platforms and tools such as Sprout Social to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media performance
  • Answer all customer inquiries/questions through email and phone
  • Coordinating team monthly events and outings

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience with at least 2 years working in a social media community management capacity in both B2B and DTC
  • You have a high degree of creativity, design skills, organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • You have in-depth knowledge of and enthusiasm for marketing, social media, and building brand awareness
  • You’re willing to participate in continuous learning and training
  • You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • You have excellent communication skills, and you’re detail-oriented
