Technical Sales Manager (Paper & Food Packaging Division)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • As the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing DetraPel’s business with new customers
  • You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to help expand our business
  • You will meet agreed targets for new business growth from selected customers across target industries
  • You will work closely with CEO and Chief Research & Development Officer to develop a go-to-market strategy for each business and product line
  • You will provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
  • You will manage the day-to-day sales activities and drive sales growth through planning, technical support, outreach, and ongoing account management
  • You will establish and develop relationships with new business prospects
  • You will grow sales organization and functions
  • Additionally, you will build deep relationships to address customer needs

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF:

  • You have 7+ years of technical sales experience in the paper or textile industry
  • You have demonstrable success in building and executing product growth and sales growth plans exceeding quantitative/financial targets
  • You have a technical degree in sciences or engineering; will consider experience in lieu of a degree
