Executive Assistant

Framingham, MA | Full Time

The Executive Administrator role is a full-time position responsible for assisting DetraPel’s management team through daily operations, content creation, personal brand development, strategic initiatives, and office tasks. You will collaborate intimately with our core team to assist in progressing initiatives to the finish line. 

This position will have creative freedom to do customer outreach, data analysis, office administration, content creation, and personal brand marketing. The position may also assist the R&D department in lab work from time to time. The nature of this role will provide immense growth opportunities and responsibilities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Source, ideate, plan, storyboard, copyright, and set up content schemes for CEO
  • Produce and edit photo/video content aligned with business goals
  • Draft and post written value content

Personal Brand Development

  • Use latest trends to create daily viral content on platforms like LinkedIn, Isntagram, Youtube, and TikTok to enchance the CEO’s industry thought leadership and personal brand
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for management team speaking opportunities
  • Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance marketing

Organization and Outreach

  • Complex calendar management with high attention to detail
  • Organize and coordinate travel and meetings
  • Prepare materials for presentations and sales calls
  • Assist the R&D team with coordinating samples, creating presentations, and other lab work
  • Organize local events
  • Build pitch decks and data packets for management team to present
  • Data mine contacts and compose outreach for sales
  • Support executives with tasks, including product development data organization
