Shipping and Delivery

All prices are in USD. Currently, we only ship within the US and Canada, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands).

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  All orders ship from our fulfillment center located in Massachusetts.

Delivery time is 3-5 business days from date of shipment for Standard Shipping and 1-3 business days for Expedited Shipping. When shipping to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please allow for additional ship time due to location.

Shipping rates are based on the number of items in your order and will be automatically calculated in your shopping cart based on your zip/postal code.

ORDER STATUS/ ORDER TRACKING: You will receive an order confirmation when you place your order.  If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY ON NEW MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ON DETRAPEL.COM

DetraPel wants you to be a happy customer!!  We want to make it easy for you to return any items purchased at DetraPel.com.  If you wish to return any items, you may do so within 30 days of the date of purchase subject to the RETURN REQUIREMENTS listed below.

DetraPel products not purchased on DetraPel.com but at separate authorized retailers, online or in-store, must be returned to them directly.

SHIPPING COSTS: Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs related to any return. All refunds issued will be less the initial cost of shipping. Any incorrect or incomplete shipping address information may result in additional shipping fees to you.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

RMA NUMBER: A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us with your name, original order number and the reason for your return.

Once you have received your RMA number, clearly print it on your return address label affixed to the outside of your return package.

Please ship your return to us using a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. If you ship using a non-trackable shipping method and the items get lost, we will feel very badly because we will be unable to process your refund or exchange.

We must receive your package within 15 days of the date the RMA number(s) was issued. If we receive it after the 15 day period, the RMA number will no longer be valid and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange. RMA number(s) cannot be reissued for any reason.

ORIGINAL RECEIPT: We need your original receipt (invoice) so it must be included with your return or exchange to get your refund or exchange credit.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING: Returned merchandise needs to be in its original packaging, in original unopened condition.

RETURN PAYMENT: Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify.  Please include your contact information (email or phone number) in the return shipment. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 15-45 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
